Scheduling Your Newborn Photoshoot
To ensure we can reserve the perfect time for your newborn photography session, we recommend scheduling your session at least six weeks before your due date, if possible. This allows us to plan ahead and ensure availability during those precious early days when your baby is still so tiny and new.

What to Expect During Your Newborn Portrait Session
The Newborn Session
My cozy portrait studio is thoughtfully designed to provide a calm and relaxing environment, creating the perfect space to photograph your newborn in all their squishy, sleepy perfection. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with every detail curated to ensure both you and your baby feel comfortable throughout the session. From the soft wraps and delicate props to handcrafted headbands and tiny, specially chosen outfits, each element is selected with care to reflect your family’s unique style and tell your beautiful story. Every session is a collaboration, designed to highlight the tiny details and tender moments you’ll cherish forever.
The newborn portrait session typically takes about 2-3 hours, allowing plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and capturing a variety of setups. This includes multiple looks to showcase your baby in different poses, as well as heartwarming family moments with siblings and parents. My approach is gentle and baby-led, ensuring that your little one’s comfort and safety are always the top priority. While I work to create timeless portraits of your baby, you’re invited to fully relax and enjoy the experience.
The studio is equipped with cozy seating, a television for entertainment, and a selection of complimentary snacks and beverages to make your time with us as enjoyable as possible. Whether you use this time to unwind, watch a show, or simply savor the moment, my goal is to provide a stress-free experience where you feel cared for and at ease. Viewing & Selecting Your Newborn Photographs
After your baby's photography session, the excitement continues with your portrait gallery viewing and order appointment, a special moment where you get to see the beautiful photographs we’ve created. During this personalized session, you’ll enjoy a carefully curated slideshow of your baby’s portraits, allowing you to relive those sweet, fleeting moments captured during the session. This is where the magic truly comes to life, as you see the love, innocence, and personality of your little one reflected in every image.
In addition to viewing your gallery, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the high-quality, heirloom photography products we offer. From luxurious albums that tell your family’s story to custom wall art that transforms your favorite portraits into timeless home décor, you’ll get a hands-on look at the possibilities for displaying and preserving your memories. Together, we’ll discuss the options that best suit your family’s needs, style, and space.
At this appointment, you’ll select the images that speak to your heart and decide whether you’d like them in digital format, as printed keepsakes, or both. My goal is to make this process as seamless and enjoyable as possible, providing guidance and expertise to help you choose the perfect ways to showcase and treasure your portraits. By the end of your appointment, you’ll have a collection of stunning memories ready to be cherished for years to come, beautifully displayed in a way that fits your life and home.

Newborn Sessions are custom to you with colors or if you want to incorporate something special.
Newborn sessions are scheduled on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday mornings ONLY. They can last up to 3 hours
Newborn Photography Packages
Booking fee
A studio booking fee is due at the time of booking. This is nonrefundable
Digital portraits and photo products are sold separately
Digital photography packages start at $795 and product collections WITH digitals start at $500
The photos are best to be taken in the first 3 weeks after baby is born. If you are planning to circumcise your baby boy, the session will need to be held before the procedure or at least 5 days after.

We offer our expecting maternity clients the option to add us to their gift registry.
How it works:
We give client cards and/or electronic photo for registry.
Your friends and family go to my site and click on the link below.
They choose the amount and get a certificate to give to you. (You bring these to your ordering appointment)

How to choose the RIGHT
Newborn Photographer
I totally understand that budget plays a big part when selecting your photographer, but there are some important things to keep in mind as well.
This is a one time experience (per baby). You don't get a do-over with newborns. So doing this right the first time is incredibly important.
Safety is a HUGE factor with newborn photography. There are so many safety aspects behind posing newborns that the average person doesn't know. Knowing how to safely pose, and handle a newborn is so important, and professional newborn photographers can do just that. Look at their credentials..
Who did they train with? Are they CPR certified? Are they up to date on newborn safety?
Do you love the photographer's work? If you don't love their work, don't settle for them. We put a lot of time and effort into creating flawless, and timeless images for you. We want you to LOVE each and every image we create.
I was previously a postpartum nurse and worked with new parents and brand new babies. I am confident in my ability to soothe and expertly pose your newborn in ways that mimic the womb, as well as keep them comfortable for the creative poses you have grown to love. I am continually perfecting my craft, and keeping up with the industry standards. Your baby couldn't be in safer hands.
