Baby Savannah a Newborn Photography Session in studio

Miranda and Brandon came to me for both maternity and newborn photos of their sweet little girl. We did their maternity photos in the desert scape. It was summertime so it was a bit hot but we bared the heat!

When baby Savannah finally arrived, they brought her into the studio at just 2 weeks old. Miranda wanted light blush, purples, and neutral colors. We did many setups with baby Savannah. I have a tendency to do more than just one color for my newborn sessions. I want parents to have a variety of colors and setups. While I try to make sure I include what the parents want, I also may through in something I like. Most times parents LOVE what I choose.

We also included parent shots in the session. I always encourage my moms and dads to get in the photo. Even if they don’t feel they’re very best, they usually love the images we capture. There is just something about the very first professional photos with your sweet little baby. They will never be this little again, and I know they will cherish these images when they grow up.

Miranda and Brandon are some of the sweetest people I know. They are just so caring and I instantly felt a friendship with them!
