Capturing your First Professional Family Photo

I was contacted by Micaela back in February when she had just arrived in Arizona. She and her family had flown here from Kentucky to adopt a newborn baby boy. He had just been born and they wanted to get newborn photos done before they went back to Kentucky. Their story is so special. They have a son, Rhett, that is 7 years old and is their biological son. They as a family adopted another sweet boy, Shepard.

This family was one of the sweetest families that I was able to meet.

And Rhett was the best big brother. He loved to help out with taking care of his baby brother.

For their session, we did lots of different setups with blues and creams.

We did family and sibling photos as well. And Rhett was so good with his baby brother. He lit up when he got to hold his brother in the photos.

I think it is so important for parents to get in front of the camera with their new bundle. We are essentially capturing your first professional family photo with the new addition.
